Last year, after talking to various engineering leaders and engineers, I noticed certain similarities in how a team goes from AI skeptic to AI native. I drew this as a maturity model at first. Sharing it here if it helps folks out. Would love to hear your feedback!

PS: I know it now needs to be update given the pace of change we’ve seen in this space, but I’ll save that for a future post.
